    14,000 times $31,000 a year. $434M. Federal poverty line for a single person is ~$11,000. But serial child molesters have to buy snacks, so they can't pay court-ordered restitution costs. :smh:

    My thinking was that since he is in prison his PERS should go to help the victim.
