Damn. I have faith the Bucks will make the appropriate adjustments for Game 2.

So far, LeBron 23/10/8 with only 9 FGA. By comparison, Jennings had 23 pts on 18 FGA.

Unbelievable. Can we make a push for LeBron in 2014?

JJ Redick is losing a mil on his new contract every minute he plays.

Reddick is garbage, by the way. I have zero interest in him being a Blazer.

Yep. Sadly, there were no classic games that we'll look back on this weekend. I guess Andre Miller's 4th quarter was a moment, but that's about it. No fight from Milwaukee or Houston. Later in the series, I guess.

Yeah I watched the whole game just to see Sanders and Asik play. Two centers that have been hyped up around here. I thought they both looked ok, but I can't say they would be difference makers if we traded for them.

I like how active Sander's is, and yes he is better than anyone we have so I wish we had him. But he looked like a twig out there. I really would like to get someone "thicker" and more physical.

    Don't sleep on the Spurs.

Wanting to see the Heat go down, I'd rather see the Spurs come out of the West than the Thunder, permitting that Ginobili can stay healthy.

However, TNT had a pretty crazy statistic they threw out for the Thunder during the game's garbage team. The Thunder finished with a 9.2 point differential, and apparently every team that has had at least a 9.2 point differential since they expanded to 16 teams in 1984 has gone on to win the title.

I looked that up and couldn't find much on a quick search, but I did find six teams that finished 9.2+ in point differential since they expanded, and they all won the title that season ('86 Celtics, '87 Lakers, '92 Bulls, '96 Bulls, '97 Bulls, and the '08 Celtics).

    What was Miami's differential?

    +7.9

There's also a caveat to that statistic. Apparently the '94 Sonics that lost to Dikembe's Nuggets in the first had a 9.1 differential, LeBron's '09 Cavs had an 8.9 differential and lost in the conference finals, the '97 Jazz were at 8.8 and lost to the Bulls, and your '91 Blazers had an 8.7, and well, you know that story.

So, yeah, a 9.2+ differential seems to check out for a 6-0 championship record, but I just found four teams that didn't win it with win differentials between 8.7 and 9.1, so take that statistic for what it's worth. ESPN/TNT are great at skewing obscure statistics, but it's still an interesting stat none the less.

I guess the series will start for Pau when the Blakers are down 3-0.
