I'd love to see him come back, I think he still has some good game left. Might be exactly what we need defensively and mentally.

I'd love it on a vet min cap hit at the end of FA. He's never been known as a knucklehead, he's pretty cerebral about the game, and he has something left in the tank. Cannot possibly give less than some of our higher-paid bench players did this year.

There were rumors of him coming back here like 4-5 years ago. He's long been interested in coming back to Portland, and any time they talk to him on local radio he always says he'd come back if given a chance. I say, make it happen.

He's the kind of signing we'd make at the end of our FA period.

My bad. Looked and didn't see that thread. It was hidden by the 37 other one name NBA player threads contaminating this forum like a bad case of herpes!

Is there ever a "good" case of herpes?

SlyPokerDog, can I get a ruling?

He won't put up Hickson like numbers, but will actually be a better fit for what this team needs - and a lot cheaper, too. He would instantly improve our bench a ton and could be a spot starter as needed. As the article mentioned, he'd be a great mentor for Meyers Leonard. I'd love to see this happen.

How you're on the board as frequently as you are and yet you still missed the original thread is beyond me.

His wife is from Portland. I sat next to her parents once at Benihana. Really nice people, and they said that JO (and more importantly his wife) would love to come back to Portland.

He's welcome to come back to live, but I hope we don't waste a roster spot on him.

Who would your 3rd string Center be that you waste a roster spot on?

Rasta I wouldn't let you manage my fantasy team, let alone an NBA franchise.
