    Gaining respect? He should already have all of the respect! He could probably buy any sports commissioner out if he wanted to.

    The tradeoff for his changed business outlook is that "his" basketball team has not seriously competed for a decade now, and probably won't for as long as he owns it.

    I wonder if his success with the Seahawks is making him rethink the value of owning an NBA team in a small market town. Not like it matters. We're hosed regardless of who our owner is. The NBA probably hates us just as much as it hates Seattle and would LOVE to move the team to the east coast.
