This is obvious. Randy Foye will be an All Star some day. The best Lowry will be is a starter, fourth option.

Definitely Foye, but I am also a big fan of Lowry. Don't sleep on him. But I think Foye has All-Star potential, Lowry could be a solid starter in his prime, maybe a good 6th man. Lowry just doesn't have all the offensive gifts that Foye does, or the athleticism. As of right now, Lowry is the better pure PG, but Foye is the better player and he will always be.

This is a dumb question. Easily Randy Foye. He is such an electric offensive player. He may not be the greatest passer, but he'll be a 25 ppg guy no doubt in my mind. He splits the defense so easily driving the ball, and his shot is good too. He is going to be a poor man's Gilbert Arenas on offense.

But yes he deff better this should not be a question like I said.
