I would like to have an older coach who is good at dealing with youth. I like Gentry, he found a way to give significant minutes to Dragic, and he turned out to be a fine NBA player. He seems enthusiastic to coach in the town, as well.

On the other hand, a young coach like Brian Shaw would also help the team. He has been an assistant on good teams. I still think he should have gotten his chance in Los Angeles, but it didn't happen that way.

Nate is a good coach. Don't know how he'd fit here, though.

The only thing Nate knows how to do is coach young guys. I think he would fit right in.

Had a lot better player leaders to assist him with that. Roy sure was a fiery competitor when he wasn't struggling with injuries.
