I'm going with Steph. Warriors would be toast without him.

Durant's got that Thunder team on his back. Leading them in points, rebounds, assists, and steals, not to mention minutes played.

If you're going to throw Anthony in the mix, why not Durant?

The Thunder aren't out yet, and the work KD has been doing on both ends of the floor has been MVP worthy. Even though they're down 1-2, Durant single-handedly won them game one and almost led them back in game three.

I mean, last game they had him guarding Gasol for a good part of the game. Guarding a 7'0+ and 300 lb center and then carrying the entire load offensively is pretty damn impressive. His 32.3 ppg, 9.3 rpg, and 6.2 aren't too shabby either.

Yeah, I should have included Durant.

Melo shouldnt be on the list.

    LBJ, Parker, Durant, Curry, Gasol.

Refuse to pick an MVP in the first couple rounds. Finals is what matters.

On the list I'd go with Curry, but Durant has had the heaviest load and has still managed to perform at a pretty high level ... at least in the few games I've watched.

    I'd also go with Durant. He's been a monster, averaging 32 / 9 / 6

I voted for Curry. I hate the Grizzlies, but Conley should be on the list.

LBJ is the hands down leader for MVP, IMO.

Seems like a lot of people are basing their opinion on how much a certain player has stepped up their performance as compared to the regular season instead of comparing their absolute production and value.

Why else would people be putting Nate and his 17/2/4 and PER=18.6 above Durant's 32/9/6 and PER=26?

No. The question was very simple: Who is the MVP of the playoffs?

It wasn't "Who has stepped up their game the most in these playoffs?"

Then it's LBJ - no other answer is acceptable.

MVP to me would be who is carrying their team the most? Until Durant's cold spell in the 4th last night, I would have gone with him.
