Unfortuante for the Texans, Davis was looking to become a real promising back, but injuries have always held him back. Anyways, Wali Lundy is expected to be the new starter now, but they'll probably end up spliting backs in the end.
This is unfortunate. I thought he was really going to be good. I did keep hearing stuff about this and even heard that they might've cut him with all his injury problems. Now they will regret not getting Reggie Bush even though I thought it was a smart move at the time.
They also cut RB Antowain Smith. This leaves them with Vernand Morency, Wali Lundy, Jameel Cook, and Nick Luchey. Looks like the Texans will have a pretty crappy running game this next season. :no3: I think they should of kept Smith. In all the preseason games i saw him run in, he did really well.
