    Its not bad for a first manip. But for manip, it should focus more on your main person, which is Hinrich

What is it? That "manip " looks good though, I kinda like that staring down a defender thing!

    The effects are solid for your first photo manip, but, I don't like where the image is placed, because it's pretty much nothing in the middle, and the text is bad. Work on the text, and you'll be good for now.
