    Video inside.

Going in, the Portland Trail Blazers were projected to get the No. 10 pick in the 2013 NBA Draft, and after the NBA Draft Lottery concluded, nothing had changed.

It's official, the Trail Blazers hold the No. 10 pick.

The Trail Blazers sent their 2012-13 Rookie of the Year Damian Lillard to New York to represent them at the lottery, knowing the last time they sent their Rookie of the Year in Brandon Roy to the lottery, they came away with the No. 1 overall pick.

    Different results this time around.

The great people at DraftExpress have Portland selecting 7-2 center out of France, Rudy Gobert.

Portland needs immediate help and according to most experts and people I've talked with around the league, this draft class isn't equipped with those type of services, especially not at No. 10.

Look for Portland to attempt to use that pick along with other assets to move up in the draft or to acquire a proven veteran via trade for immediate help. LaMarcus Aldridge and Nicolas Batum want to win now.

"We have been, and will continue to, prepare for multiple draft scenarios," said Portland General Manager Neil Olshey. "With the results of tonight, the lottery establishing the official draft order, we are confident we will have the opportunity to select a quality player at No. 10."

UCLA Freshman guard/forward Shabazz Muhammad and Gobert are two prospects that are likely to be on the board when Portland is on the clock. Neither one is expected to contribute in a fashion that is conducive to getting the organization over the playoff hump.

Trail Blazers general manager Neil Olshey has some tough decisions to make and whatever he decides to do, you can be sure their No. 10 pick will be involved.

The full lottery order is as follows:

    1. Cleveland
    2. Orlando
    3. Washington
    4. Charlotte
    5. Phoenix
    6. New Orleans
    7. Sacramento
    8. Detroit
    9. Minnesota
    10. Portland
    11. Philadelphia
    12. Toronto
    13. Dallas
    14. Utah

#10 and Mathews for DeAndre Jordan is the new rumor I guess.

Also, that's horrible. Who would start at sg, unless you wanted to go after Iggy.

As a starter though? I kind of attribute his lack of development to being in Sactown, kind of like JJ. It'd be great if he had a resurgence like him, but that would be a pretty big hole if he didn't.

Batum's a little much. Send them Freeland/Matthews, and take back Nene (saves them tons more money), and now we're talking...

That was just an idea from Chris.

Jaynes has no real sources now that Kahn is gone.

I don't see the difference between Matthews and Jordan being the 10th pick personally. By moving 10 and Matthews together, it opens one hole while plugging another, and eliminates one asset(#10) from filling an asset. It also eliminates some cap space. After that trade, we'd have about 11 million to spend, but we'd have the hole at SG to still fill, and no bench.

If they took Freeland as well, and gave us 25, it gets a little better.

Obviously I like that deal much better but no way the wiz do it. I think you have to include Batum if you want to work with Washington, only thing I think you could really tweak would be Nene instead of Okeafor, and I'm not sure they would go for that either. Either way that would solidify the C, then draft Olidapo and work on signing a stop gap SF. I'm not in love with that scenario but I see some potential there.

Deandre Jordan sucks. I have a feeling Olshey realizes that though.

You'd think he wouldn't have signed him in LA if he thought he sucked.
