I actually have a quart sized mason jar. I fill it up about 4 times a day. Just kind of a habit I have gotten into.
No, I just really like water. I don't drink pop, and very little alcohol. I drink water, juice, coffee and tea. And milkshakes, of course.
There's water in beer right? So... a lot. Seriously though, I go through a case of water bottles in a crazy amount of time (like two cases a week) just because it's so cheap and convenient, but the Memphis tap water is, surprisingly, some of the best in the country. I don't drink that much tap though because I'm mostly moving from place to place, and the convenience of bottled water trumps quality. Soda's good and all. I drink diet soda because a football coach I had back in the day really made a point of emphasizing the benefits compared to regular soda, and ever since I've just lost the taste for regular soda, but soda in general also dehydrates you more than anything.
I tried quitting regular soda by switching to diet. Was awful Diet soda is just... can't say it any better its awful. I'v been able to drink very little soda the last three weeks ever since I got a "soda stream". I drink about 4 Liters (at least one with Mio) on days that I work, about 1 Liter on days that I don't.
Drink probably a gallon or so of water a day. Got a 32oz. water bottle I refill constantly. Sends me peeing a lot, but beats the hell out of getting another kidney stone.
a coupla pots a day with my coffee and every once in a while i get a taste if i put too much in my hookah....
