Agreed (about personal lives), but I think it's based more on hypocrisy, than it is on the scandal itself. if you espouse morality, and then you cheat on your spouse/get caught bonin' some dude (and you're a dude) after you've voted against teh ghey agenda, you deserve the title "scandal". I don't care that Sanford was cheating on his wife, or that Clinton was a horndog. It's not my idea of what it takes to be a good person, but I don't use politicians are my compass.
