I like to grill anything. Period. It really depends on my mood. Sometimes I feel like grilling and smoking baby back ribs for 3 hours. Sometimes I want a quick dry rubbed flank steak. And sometimes, I feel like fresh Oregon Scallops grilled fast and fresh.
Always wanted a smoker... I'm from BBQ country down here in Memphis, but I've never had one... was yours expensive?

To grill, I like halibut, pork loin and NY strip. To barbecue, I like to smoke salmon, pork shoulder and beef brisket.

Memorial Day cookout, had to do it up... made a Jucy Lucy for the first time... don't like American cheese, but it turned out perfect... no cheese leakage, just a perfect cheese center. I'll definitely be whipping that one back out for the 4th of July cookouts.
