What Kermit and rudy did that was so wrong was join a fight he wasn't part of. if a player does that they should be suspended for months. However, if a player wants to throw down with another player, they should let them go. Handling it on the floor will cut down on cheap shots.

You would have to make a no kicking rule and all shots above the waist. Really though I think it could help with cheap fouls and making it more exciting to watch. After all how many fights do you think would really happen? My bet would be not that many.
