Wow...amazing! Anyone catch that 7-game come-from-behind series win by the Blackhawks?!!

I think there's been seven 6 or 7-game series in the playoffs thus far!

Been watching a lot this time around which isn't usually the case. Great hockey. Kings/Hawks & Pens/Bruins will both be great.

NHL has the best playoffs of any sport in my opinion. Why you ask, Well it's simple. THE REFS LET THE PLAYERS PLAY!! And then there's no ticky tack garbage going on.

It's funny that you say that when the refs almost cost the Blackhawks game 7.

I've actually watched pretty much every Red Wings playoff game this year, so long as it wasn't up against a Grizz playoff game (which actually happened a lot), and it sucked seeing them drop that many games straight. I know they've got some old bodies on some long contracts, but they've got a bright future though, Abdelkader (sp?) is a future star, man... Jimmy Howard also had a coming out party in the playoffs...

I've gotta be real... I didn't watch maybe a single Dead Wingz game during the regular season, but again, the Detroit in me, I remember the days when we had Federov, Yzerman, and the man, the myth, the legend Vladimir Konstantinov.

I was just a kid growing up during those days, it was before Memphis had a basketball team, and I was rooting for all the Detroit sports teams. Was a great time to be a Red Wings fan... and that's the thing, no matter your age, race, gender, etc., everyone in Detroit was/is fanatical about the Wings.

So, hockey's one of those sports that I only follow during the playoffs, but when the Wings are really on, Detroit becomes Hockey Town again.

IMO, there is nothing in sports as fun as playoff hockey.

Not understanding, or not liking is one thing, but but it's a bit ignorant to call hockey boring. The speed at which they skate, stop, start and turn at is incredible, not to mention the pure physicality of the sport.
