    Jonas Valančiūnas (B+)
promising big man on rookie deal, well-regarded by league GM's and scouts
    2014 1st round draft pick (B+)
early to mid-first in a deep draft
    Kyle Lowry (B)
expiring contract, top-20 point guard, still young, lacks focus and consistency
    DeMar DeRozan (B)
limited improvement, good work ethic, defensive liability, heavy contract, scorer, good in-game dunker
    Amir Johnson (B)
every team wants this kind of player, great attitude, great work ethic, high energy, still has starter potential, expensive for a role player but a team option on his final year makes him tradable
    2015 1st round draft pick (B)
possible rebuilding year, possible playoff year, no way of knowing where this first will be -- historically trends top-15
    Terrence Ross (B-)
raw but the ingredients are there, requires excellent coaching and patience, stuck behind DD & Gay, electrifying dunker
    Rudy Gay (C+)
Grizzlies improved by dumping him, solid skillset but questionable basketball IQ, clutch, expensive, decent defender, low percentage volume shooter, high risk/high reward player
    John Lucas III (C)
cheap, plays hard, good three-point shooter, selfish, most teams would like to have him, worth very little in a trade
    Quincy Acy (C-)
cheap high-energy big man, limited skillset, good attitude
    Landry Fields (D)
expensive role player, has regressed since rookie season, could be a useful player in the right place
    Andrea Bargnani (D)
former 20ppg scorer presents huge risk to GM's trading for him, expensive, possible chemistry killer, possible beastly scoring sixth man on a good enough team, horrendous rebounder and lazy help defender, man-to-man defence is decent
    Linas Kleiza (D-)
contract is winding down, useful player when healthy, not the same guy he was in Denver, might never be a quality player again
    Aaron Gray (D-)
veteran big man, expensive for a towel-waver, useful in a limited role
    Cap Space (F)
None to speak of this year

I'm not as high on Ross as some. Maybe its because he was a massive reach and I wanted Drummond, but i just don't think he's that good. I think we should trade him while he still has some value. I kinda wish we had sent him to Memphis instead of Davis.

I also disagree with your ranking of 2014 draft pick. Unless we blow it up, I think we're headed for another late lotto pick.

I am almost certain that Bargnani is gone. Kleiza is probably the most likely amnesty candidate, although I think he might be an expiring contract.

I like Fields actually. I know he;s overpaid and can't shoot but he's a smart player and seems like good glue guy. He obviously doesn't fit on our team because we have little to no 3 point shooting. If we can address that somewhere else, I think fields is a good player to keep around.

I think Demar is the most likely person to be traded. I know it won;t happen now but I would have loved to trade him for someone like Klay Thompson who would be a great fit for our current roster. I don't know if there's any young SGs as good as Derozan out there tho.

I love Amir and Valancuinas and probably wouldn't trade them unless it was a homerun. Gay is probably also unlikely to be traded mainly because of his salary and the change in thinking in basketbal right now (moving towards efficient players).

Lowry is the wild card. If he plays like he did early this season, he would be awesome but this new neutered version is basically Calderon again.
