always do cardio at a gym where there are hot chicks, because you'll work harder. although don't wear underwear that won't surpress your boner...having a boner on the elliptical is the most awkward shit ever.
This is actually quality advice. The presence of girls does prove to make guys work out harder and remain more focused. Instead of searching for boner hiding atire, just rub one out before you go. Its the Something About Mary advice, never go out with a loaded gun.

Actually, I stopped by my brothers place on the way back home and forgot to hit pause on my iPhone. So I should take about 6 or 7 minutes off that time....... shit, I did better than I thought! #HCPworkin'out
I think you're iphone screwed up. It said you were biking, when clearly, with that time for that distance, you were walking.
