When you say hi to a friend in person, how do you great them? With sup, hey, what up, yo, how are you doing today, or something else?

Depends on the friend. Probably used close to all of those depending on how close the friend is.

Did you mean grate them (ew) or greet them, because all my friends are already great?

Obviously, when I say hi to a friend in person, I say hi.

I think it goes something like this: "Hey, what's up man" for bros, but I'll offer a slightly more formal greeting for women like "hello/hey, how ya doing?"
