Arizona Diamondbacks right-hander Daniel Hudson says he will visit specialist Dr. James Andrews and, if necessary, will undergo a second Tommy John surgery. Hudson had the first such operation last July, then re-tore the elbow ligament during a rehab start for Double-A Mobile on Tuesday.
