    Well, if you contiguous USA, neither was the president or former governor Palin - and I don't think we want to go there!

    But I do see what you mean. US Virgin Islands residents, like Puerto Ricans, are U.S. citizens but it is a different upbringing. Perhaps somewhat akin to a US player born and raised abroad.

    Let's not split hairs, can we just say Tim Duncan is one of the top 2 or 3 power forwards in NBA history?
