Back-to-back shutout wins have reminded the Giants they expected to lean on strong starting pitching to defend their World Series championship. That hasn't always been the case and Madison Bumgarner said it's a good time for the staff to get more consistent. Bumgarner allowed two hits in seven innings and combined with Sandy Rosario for a three-hit shutout in the San Francisco Giants' 6-0 victory over the Atlanta Braves on Friday night.
