Simple question: doesn't matter who you want to win, do you think that this will be a "game for the Ages" or that it's going to be severely overhyped, and end up something like a 105-78 blowout? Or somewhere in between?

I don't see the Spurs rolling over, but I think Miami's got this one... no garbage time, but Epic might be pushing it... because I'm optimistic, though, I picked Epic.

I think both teams will be fatigued and it will be reflected in the play. I expect competitive but ugly

I initially misread the the title to this thread as "Eric, or meh?" I was trying to figure out what a Kingspeed-esque description would mean. ;)

I figure the Spurs wasted their chance last night and expect a 10 point Miami win. Probably be interesting for part of the game. Meh minus.

last night was the only close game that I have seen in this best of seven..Idid not see the first. I think for SA to win, it has to be a blow out, if its close, well the refs will take care of the "stars"

All I know is that the refs will taint the game for either winner and the NBA will be left with another bad taste and suspect Champion.

Spurs shot their load. Anti-climactic. Game over.

But there is always hope. ;)

    Go Spurs.

I think the officials sucked the life out of the spurs. Reminds me so much of when the blazers got their life sucked from them. Hopefully they have a bigger mental edge than our blazers of 2000. If they do; then they have a good shot at winning game 7. I think it will be a game until the final buzzer though. Both teams really want this championship!

Nobody has a better shot of beating Miami in Miami in a Game 7 than San Antonio. If anyone can do it, they can. Total professionals.

I picked Miami in 7 before the series started. Only because of home court advantage. But now I think it is a toss up. It will come down to one guy getting hot in the 4th. Who will it be?

Popovich rolled the dice on winning in 6 games by playing Duncan 44 minutes. If they'd won, it would look like a genius move. But now their 37 year old center has to suit up 48 hours after playing one of the best, longest games of his life and try to do it all again. It's going to be really, really tough for him. Even though he wound up with 30 points in that game he was shut out for the entire fourth quarter and overtime, so maybe fatigue was playing a factor even at that point.

Miami really has no such problem with LeBron. He's 28 and AVERAGES 41mpg in the playoffs, so the last game was just another day at the office for him in terms of fatigue.

Meanwhile, Danny Green fell back to earth (and then plummeted several miles below, shooting 1-7) under the glaring spotlight of an elimination game. I don't see him suddenly recovering from that in an even more pressure-packed game 7. Neal was forgettable. Ginobili was a complete embarrassment.

The Spurs best chance for recovering is an epic game from Tony Parker. If he can go off for ridiculous stats, he can carry his team with him.

Certainly possible, but I think the best odds are that this is a clear loss for the Spurs. I don't think it'll be boring, but it won't be that close.

Gosh I wish I gave half a crap about either of these teams. I know that it's been, objectively, a very interesting series. I just can't gather any incentive to root for or against either of them, and I think without some self-interest involved, I just don't care.

I hope that it's a great game so I will have a reason to beat myself up over not watching it and get back into the NBA swing of things again for next year :)

San Antonio had the edge in FTs again. I respect them but I don't think much about the nation right now.

Monster game from LeBron, I honestly did not expect the best game of the season to be this one. I thought the Heat had a chance for a blowout, with an "alright" statline from James. Bosh was off his game though.
