    Unless they shed some serious salary, Miami can't use their BAE. You can't use the BAE and be more than $4 million over the Tax Threshold. Right now they look to be well over that in team salary.

    If Oden wants to sign with the HEAT, it's the Taxpayer MLE ($3.183 million) or a minimum salary contract.
