The 76ers have fired chief executive officer Adam Aron, a league source confirmed Monday afternoon. Howard Eskin of Fox 29 first reported earlier in the day via Twitter that the 76ers had parted ways with Aron. In addition to being the team's CEO, Aron had an ownership stake in the team.
