Good question. Wes? Leonard? Both? A few 2nd round picks?

I'm not high on MCW at all either.

Magic may not accept it, but I'd offer it. :)

Listening to Simmons and Ford, I'm sold on Oladipo. I thought Zeller was the better player at Indiana, but I can see why everyone likes VO so much. I'd give up Wes/Nic to get him. Not LA.

Sounds like the nice thing with Oladipo is that even if he didnt get better you still have an athletic defender at worst but he also has as much upside as anyone in the draft. He is a win/win.

I compare his mentality to Wes' actually, but he's obviously far more athletic. Good guy to take a chance on.

Oladipo is the guy I want paired with Lillard.

I'm rooting for Olshey to find a way to get Oladipo plus either Len or Adams.

Possibly one of the best and most promising young backcourts/wing in the NBA right now is the Curry-Thompson-Barnes combo. I like the idea Dame-Oladipo-Nic better.

if we are after Oladipo then Wes IMO is an expendable asset, either directly or to acquire another asset that Orlando wants

After listening to Pelton and reading this, my view of Len has dropped precipitously. I seriously doubt he goes first.

With the draft projections being all over the place its sure seems like someone is going to make a move to take a chance on someone and they are going to get burned

For sure. This is one of those drafts where players in the teens or 20's could be better than the lottery guys

Scouting is key for this draft more than others. Like Olshey said, there are no bad drafts, just bad drafters

Chad Ford on the BS report
    Mostly arguing Oladipo vs. Noel.

Ford really doesn't like McLemore - 2 years older than Noel, and was a PF in high school (which is why, says Ford, he can't dribble). Says a lot of the "passivity" stuff was actually because he couldn't create.

Says about Adams "could be one of the steals of the draft" and that he's hilarious, and charms everybody he talks to.

After listening to this, I bet the Blazers will take KCP if he's there (but that he probably won't) and Adams if he's not.

Ford thinks the mid-teens to mid-20s is going to be almost all international players. Olynyk falls into the group AFTER that (along with Dieng and Hardaway Jr.).
