whether* I agree with your sentiment that it's wrong to discriminate. But my original post was how they were not discriminating. We obviously will have different opinions on the issue. With that said the death penalty isn't bad because it's mostly minorities, it's because you're killing people and not uncommonly innocent people.
How can you possibly argue that they were not discriminating. The scandal erupted because the IRS outed themselves as having discriminated and Obama blasted the discrimination. They then tried to protect themselves by claiming the discrimination was unintentional. But be clear, THERE IS NO QUESTION THERE WAS DISCRIMINATION. We have a confession. The cognitive dissonance of the left is stunning. (edit: most of us all along the spectrum partake. It is not exclusive to the Left. I didn't write it but meant: about this specific issue)

Who is this person? And there has been much more complaining about Bush's policies from those of us on the Right than those on the Left complaining about Obama's policies. Of course, to those on the Left, it's like a Christian complaining about Jesus.
Their job is to be fair and impartial. Probability and statistics demonstrate it didn't occur in this case. You know, it's okay to admit that you're wrong. It's the first step in learning and becoming an independent thinker. Try it; it only hurts at first.

whoa. Where to begin? yes I do hate some policies from Obama. He I do think he has mislead on his campaign promises. No he is not the messiah, because there is no Messiah. yes I am disapointed. Yes, I still think Koch and Big Tobacco's whiney tea party babies are being whiney. They were trying to cheat the system, and they may have been picked on more than other groups, but all groups were picked on based on inappropriate short cuts.

Surprise, surprise!! The IRS itself, through the Taxpayer Advocate, is now claiming that the unit behind the shenanigans (Exempt Organization Review Unit), may have broken the law. It would only be fair, if these potential lawbreakers were treated exactly as the IRS treats potential lawbreakers when they conduct their audits and investigations on taxpayers.
