Neil said he didn't want short term fits. he said he wants players who will be here long term. with that in mind, here are the options (both C and PF who can play C) available to us in no particular order. Scored by my unscientific way to determine our best option (s)

    RFA
    Jeff Pendergraph
    Byron Mullens
    Timofey Mozgov
    Hammed Haddadi
    Nicola Pekovic
    Robin Lopez
    Tiago Splitter
    Kyle O'Quinn
    Chris Andreson

    UFA
    Zaza Pachulia
    Andray Blatche
    Mareese Speights
    Andrew Bynum
    Cole Aldridch
    Al Jefferson
    Dwight Howard

    Under Contract
    Andris Biedrins
    Brook Lopez
    Marc Gasol
    Roy Hibbert
    David Lee
    Larry Sanders
    Joakim Noah
    Javale McGee
    Spencer Hawes
    DeAndre Jordan
    Chris Bosh
    Greg Stiemsma
    Kedrick Perkins
    Omer Asik
    Al Horford
    Nicola Vucevic
    Festus Ezeli
    Ian Mahinmi
    Tyler Zeller
    Demarcus Cousins
    Enos Kanter
    Greg Monroe
    Andre Drummond
    John Henson

Minus guys not going anywhere from the under contract I have the players below as acquirable and a percieved upgrade.
    Biedrins
    Lee
    Hawes
    Jordan
    Stiesmsma
    Perkins
Asik (only if Howard goes there)
    Mahinmi

UFA that might actually come here and a percieved upgrade
    Pachulia
    Blatch
    Speights
    Bynum
    Jefferson

RFA that might come here and a perceived upgrade
    Mozgov
    Pekovic
    Lopez
    Splitter

    So that leaves us
    Biedrins
    Lee
    Hawes
    Jordan
    Stiesmsma
    Perkins
Asik (only if Howard goes there)
    Mahinmi
    Pachulia
    Blatch
    Speights
    Bynum
    Jefferson
    Mozgov
    Pekovic
    Lopez
    Splitter

Who do you want, and how much are you willing to pay or give up to get one of them.

Is Marc gasol really unrestricted? I haven't checked; but I can't imagine this is true

Oh fuck never mind. I see you put them "under contract". I was about to say!

Best case scenario is somehow managing to nab Asik if Howard goes to Houston.

    Fuck, we actually drafted Omer...

What would be nice is if we didn't have to give up Aldridge.

If we're trading Aldridge, would we even want Asik? We would need to go full rebuild in that scenario.

Wes and ? could be nice pieces for Asik, they get D and shooting with Wes. Not sure what or who else we could offer, they will want some vets to fill in that roster. We could take Trob back with Wes so they clear a bit more capspace, maybe a future pick and/or our Greek? I am assuming we keep LMA with this scenario. It could also be a 3-way where we send Wes somewhere else and that team provides a few players/vets HOU wants.

Not sure he's the "answer", but he's a really really good fit....assuming you keep LMA.

    Pek!

I'm also in favor of rolling the dice on Bynum.

The best option would be one of the Detroit bigs.

Good defensive and rebounding center. Rim protector.

He's a good fit for some because he doesn't need the ball on offense and is a defender and a rim protector on defense.

If we're limited to your short list, these are the only guys I could muster any interest for.
I thought Dalembert & Kaman were either RFA or UFA?
My top two targets are either of DET's bigs.

They wouldn't be long term answers like Olshey said he would add to the team, so they are not on the list

Not that it applies to what you said but I just happen to see this tweet.

    Alex Kennedy ‏@AlexKennedyNBA 4m
Suns may trade Marcin Gortat in next year. He met with Suns brass this offseason to discuss future. He's 29, expendable after Alex Len pick.
