The New Orleans Pelicans traded center Nerlens Noel and a 2014 protected first-round pick to the Philadelphia 76ers for point guard Jrue Holiday, league sources told ESPN.com. The Pelicans also received the 76ers' second-round pick (42nd overall, point guard Pierre Jackson of Baylor) in Thursday night's NBA draft, sources said.
