I guess were addressing those depth issues. Now we need big man depth. Muscala? We missed the boat on the Olynyk Clinic.

So with adding McCollum and Crabbe, and the two big stiffs, we can trade Aldridge and Mathews, win 20 games, and clear lots of cap space.

    Good plan. :devilwink:

If we're going to trade our best player, run the youngest team in the league, and lose all our games, we may as well be entertained.

There is going to be a trade this summer, but it won't involve LMA. Wes, the writing is on the wall...

McCollum can play backup PG just fine. You just wouldn't want him to have to start there.

One thing I noticed in his highlights is he plays with a bit of an attitude. Not the relentless fire kind of attitude, but the you can't stop me type. I don't think I've ever seen this from Martell. I think the tude is a good thing, especially for a shooter. I'm probably most excited about him of all the picks.

I just looked over at his combine and was surprised by his numbers.

Anyone else think he could eventually backup the three?

The SG position is very crowded and Crabbe has great size for a SF:

    6'11" wingspan
    8'8" reach

I am hoping so. Although he weighed in just under 200 lbs. I think Wes is a better fit there, but against some match ups I am sure we can use him.

In looking up his weight I saw that all three of our picks (That we kept) were projected in the first round per draft express. Not bad.

As bad as our bench was last year, I don't think we can have "too many" shooters. This is a good thing.

I think I'm one of the few on here that is as excited about acquiring Crabbe as anyone else we got this offseason. People will be surprised.

With the shooters on this team LMA has no excuse to not play close to the basket. The paint is going to be wide open!

    Lillard
    McCollum
    Batum
    Crabbe
    Wes

Absolutely!!!! I really really hope Aldridge plays mainly in the paint. If he dominates about 80% of his offense there; we will be top 3 in the west.
