Who will be a better player. My Pick: Gerald GreenHe has unlimited athletitism and once he knocks down his open shots consistintly, he will be a very good player. Cant wait to see him start for Boston.
Right now it is obviously Granger, but based on potential def Green. Still not sure how Granger is gonna turn out. I think Green is a def star, Granger could be, or he could just be a role player.
Right now, Granger is the better player. But if you are basing this off of potential, Green is miles ahead of Granger. His athetlicsim is ridiculous and he has a pretty good jumpshot as well. Once he becomes more mature and familiar with the game, he will be a hell of a player. Lets put it this way, I would rather have Green on my team for the next 10 seasons than Granger.
I would honestly rather have Granger. Granger would be effective on this team now and still has a future. Gerald won't be contributing much and with all the young talent around may never blossom in boston. Grager is already developed and would demand playing time.

I agree with Dogma for Granger. He's a great defender at the 3 and 4 positions. He's got a swell offensive game also.
There are two different perspectives when looking at the two players. Danny Granger is a defensive player and plays his heart out and just has a solid overall game and is really developed in every ara of his game. Danny Granger is the better player at the moment and can help a playoff team very early in his career and he's just more mature and more NBA ready than Gerald Green. Gerald Green has more potential and could develop into the better scorer and better overall player but he's more of a risk than Granger. Danny Granger has already established himself in this league and he's already a solid player and you can tell that he'll be a good player later on in his career but he doesn't seem like he'll ever be a superstar in this league because he's not a pure scorer. Gerald has more potential,is more athletic, and has the better shot and the more exciting game which could make him an all-star for many years to come.We have yet to see Gerald become that player that we hope he'll one day become but he's got much more potential than Granger but from what I've heard, Green doesn't have a great work ethic like Granger does. Danny Granger is the safer pick and has already started to develop and blossom while Gerald Green has more potential but hasn't been as effective in this league as Granger because Granger's more NBA ready than Green is. I personally believe Gerald Green will become the better player but as of right now, I would rather have Danny Granger on my roster than Gerald Green.
don't let celticballa see what you said about Gerald Green not having a strong work ethic. He'll go ape sh*t. but really, Gerald does have a very strong work ehtic. Most people don't realize this bc he's not a very good defender, but he actually gained 24 pounds of muscle people! that's just unheard of!

Granger,Webster, and Paul all have better work ethics and there was a reason Gerald was sent to the D-League last season.
