I know he's going to get some now because he performed superb in the Summer League. He proved he doesn't have to just give us one highlight for the whole season. He can shoot three's, too.</div>Just because he had a good Summer League doesn't mean he's getting into the rotation. He will get more minutes this year, but he won't crack the rotation until the All-Star break at the very earliest. I say he does by the end of this year the year after. And for the record, if you put Gerald in for a total of 20 minutes, you are guarenteed more than 1 highlight lol. But yes, his shooting is good. He still needs to learn to move without the ball and maybe shoot off a screen, but 1-on-1 he is hard to stop, and his stroke/range make his offensive package look nice for his age. He has a future in this league, and he will be a scorer at the very least (I think he will be more, but even if he doesn't max out his potential he's a deadly scorer).
Re: Things you're most looking forward to? I think Gerald really needs to learn how to become a part of a team, rather than "the man". He still is just a black hole on offense.
