OCT 31st needs to get here quick because I am DYING for some basketball, This offseason has been extremely boring. I want another offseason like 2004, Remember how many big names were with new teams?T-MacGary PaytonJamal CrawfordQuinton RichardsonJason TerryAntawn JamisonCarlos BoozerKenyon MartinMehmet OkurStephen JacksonAl Harrington Steve FrancisCutino MobleyLamar OdomCaron ButlerShaquille O'NealI am DYING to watch some NBA basketball, Every day I turn on ESPN and there never talking about basketball, Every time I turn there and see baseball I get pissed haha.Anybody else?
yes, i'm "dying" to see something happen. but seriously, on draft day i thought this would be an actually exciting offseason. I took a crap a second ago that was more exciting than the last month in the nba.
I am not dying for basketball. Football always carries me through till basketball season. I suggest some of you start watching some football games. You may actually like it.But as for the off-season, yeah it was pretty boring. You can tell that just by noticing that the biggest parts of the off-season were AI trade rumours, and Ben Wallace going to the Bulls.Nothing too exciting at all.
Football always contain my interest till November. But it is no where near a replacement.Very boring offseason.
Baseball playoffs/Football is good enough for me. Once those are over, i start turning completely toward basketball. Then after thats over...the cycle recycles itself.
This offseason is the worst of my recent memory. I'm with you on this one Balla, I'm dying for some NBA basketball. Give me something! I need a decent sized thing to happen to carry me through until preseason starts, this offseason is dead.It doesn't bug me that nobody is making deals, because it's stupid to make deals just for the sake of making a trade. But the thing is, there are a lot of teams out there that have needs, and fit other teams' needs. I mean Denver HAS to get rid of a PF or 2, Indiana needs a more reliable backup PG, Denver also needs a shooter, New Jersey needs a big man, Portland needs another PG, Cleveland needs a better PG, Memphis/San Antonio both a center, the Lakers need a real PG, Minnesota needs to buckle down, etc. etc. etc. So many things could be getting done right now, yet, we aren't even getting any rumors! Never once have a been through an offseasn without any rumors after draft day. This is crazy. But don't worry guys, the NBA preseason starts in 26 days.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Offseasons are always boring...</div>There not always boring like the 2004-2005 off-season when big name guys went to new teams such as:ShaqArenasJamisonK-Martetc.But I will admit the only interesting move this off-season is Ben Wallace going to Chicago, Draft Day (lots of moves) and maybe even the Ford and Villanueva trade. Other then that, this off-season has been pretty quiet.

Yup, this has been the most boring off season for me. The only exciting thing that happened this off season, IMO, was watching USA Basketball.

But anyways this offseason hasnt been that bad. I thought that the fiba world championships made this offseason pretty good, and player movement wise this offseason had some exciting moves. Such as peja to the hornets, and big ben to the bulls.
It's easy for most people, But I hate football and I hate baseball. Basketball is the only sport I wacth. The only thing I have to hold me over are old game tapes.

I like everything, and the NCAAF and NFL more than the NBA, but it's just once a week. I like baseball too.It has been a boring off-season but I'm happy with it.
same here ballaholic. I hate football because its only once a week and baseball is just boring to watch. All I watched this summer were the World Championships and the Fifa World Cup.
