hipster was more the vibe backstage/ in the crowd i guess, but their performance is very grateful dead/jam band, 10 minute songs kinda stuff

all in all, great show though, very cool visuals, the encore they dropped a kabuki (curtain in front of the stage) that was all white, but it had fluorescent ink on it, so they hit it with black light there was this really intricate sugar skull design, pretty dope

been trying to detox. but office bought free persian food for lunch so i scarfed down some koobideh, rice and all that shit. bomb stuff though. but gotta eat some salads.

 

A couple of my good friends are Persian, I try to eat their family's cooking as much as I can, I love that stuff.

 

yup yup! I work right by "Tehrangles"....so many persian joints up in here. I love the Lubio Polo..which is ground beef, tomatoes and green beans cooked with rice....so bomb.

 

Persian is aight, not in my top 5 tho

I had that just the other day! that's probably my favorite Persian dish I've had yet.

 

yeah, also a huge fan of Ghormeh Szabi...the beef and beans cooked in spinach stew.

 

shit, mexican food is up in thurr too. persian food is the shit though.

French, american pub fare, Cuban

i heard there's a crazy vietnamese coffee shop on one day per week its basicaly a brothel.
