The “NCIS” team is taking a big hit, and so are “Tiva” fans. Cote de Pablo is leaving “NCIS” after eight seasons, the network announced Wednesday. De Pablo, who has played Ziva David on the popular CBS series since the third season, will not return as a series regular for Season 11 this fall.
