The Dallas Mavericks are discussing the framework of a deal that would pay Brandan Wright somewhere in the range of $4 million per year, according to a league source. The Mavericks own Wright’s early bird rights, allowing them to go over the salary cap to re-sign him. Wright spent the past two seasons with the Mavericks, averaging 7.8 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in 17.2 minutes per contest.
