    If someone is on top of you and smashing your head into the ground...what do you expect is going to happen? he's just going to stop after a while and skip along home?

    that was the argument of the defense the whole time. nothing was brought into trial that refuted that. The prosecution expert medical examiner kept on changing his story. the primary "reliable witness" kept on lying and lying. on the defense side of things, everything was consistent.

I'm not complaining about that at all. Had he never gotten out of his car, the kid would still be alive. Which is what I said. But yeah, I want to riot. Go take glee in a dead kid.
