Not sure I get WTF is happening here. Bucks throw big money at a guy like Teague and the Hawks match, but don't want Jennings back? Reading some of their forums, I can't understand why they don't want him back on a long term deal. He's not an efficient player, but he looks like he has some talent.
I've said all along: he's Nick Van Exel, with all the good and bad that entails. I think he'll end up a sparkplug on a good team, but that's in about 10 years. For now he's destined to start on bad teams. But not sure what bad team's going to take him.
IMO the worst thing that happened to him was getting that 55 point game so early in his career. He thinks he is better than he is. He is still pretty good, but he needs to get better as a PG.
IMHO the year he wasted riding the pine in Europe really hurt him. He would have developed more as a full time player at a major college.
