After being With the Sonics Organisation for years and being dubbed "MR Sonic" Nate left before the start of last season. Which Player and Coaches can you think of that has been the face and heart and soul of a team and has left?My top onesPatrick Eweing - went to Orlando and Seattle at the end of his careerGary Payton - Traded to Milwaulkee :(Michael Jordan - comin out of retirement and playing for the WIZ :thumbdn1:

Karl Malone. Him being a Laker, after all those years in Utah.... man, that was weird."Hakeem a Raptor? You've got to be kidding me." That was my initial response. He should've retired before he went to Toronto. And I was a huge Scottie Pippen fan in the nineties, so it hurt when he left the Bulls.

Karl Malone - Staying with Utah his entire career and then going to LA to win a chip. Unforunately, he didnt win one. Therefore, he ended his career with a Finals loss. Can't blame him though.

Antoine Walker. I know he didn't leave by choice (either time), but he was the heart and soul of the Boston Celtics. I will admit my jaw dropped all the way to the floor when I read Walker was dealt to Dallas... and for Raef/Jiri/Mills/pick. I was pissed, shocked, and oh yeah.. pissed.

I have to say that Toine being one chosen in this thread was a suprrise. But I do agrewe he was the heart of boston since he got there, and I was surprised to see him shipped out! In hindsight it was a good move by them.
