Receiver Laurent Robinson, who was released by the Jacksonville Jaguars in March after suffering four concussions in 2012, told USA Today Sports that he has filed a grievance against the team, hoping to be paid his 2013 base salary of $2.6 million.

The Jaguars acknowledged to the newspaper that a grievance has been filed and said they are "working with the NFL to resolve the dispute."

Robinson signed a five-year, $32.5 million free-agent contract in 2012 but was released after just one season. His 2013 salary was guaranteed for injury until April 5, the newspaper reported. He told the newspaper he "definitely wasn't ready to be cleared" in January when the Jaguars did so, but he is symptom-free now.
