He used to put up awesome numbers for Cleveland and Minnesota then he just fell off the map. I remember hearing he had some nagging knee injuries which forced his retirement.I used to love watching him play, He was so quick up and down the courtAnybody remember this guy?
Hell Yeah. He was a big thing when kemp went to clevland. I thought it was a good move at the time (for the cavs) as he was an up and coming PG and Kemp was an allstar. Too bad he died in the ass
when I saw him played at the Target center years back, he was even quicker than he was on the TV...(coz' I could see the whole court)..and I guess he's now volunteering to coach in youth camps in NYC.
I remember Brandon, and I loved the guy. He was a professional, a good floor-general type of leader, and he put up real good numbers. He was an All-Star at one point right? So quick and athletic, yet so small. What is he doing now anyway?
He was great, good leader and floor general. He could easily be an assistant coach for a team.He got traded to the Hawks, did he not? Right at the end of his career?
I'll be honest. I am a new NBA fan, and I have never seen him play. But I read an article about him in SLAM, and it seems like he used to be a great offensive player.

He was undersized for the point guard position but had the great legs that could get to the rim or outspeed his defender on the break. Brandon was a solid point guard in this league but the nagging knee injuries really didn't allow him to be that lightning quick point guard which really seperated him from an NBA point guard and a college point guard. Believe it or not but Terrell Brandon also owns a barber shop in Oregon or Washington so if anyone lives in that area you might want to stop in and give him a shout out.
I just recently became a full-blown basketball fan. I never saw the man play. Heard about him, but never watched him really play.
I didnt get to see most of him because I only intensely started watching games in about 99 and if it wasnt a Laker game I would only watch it if there wasnt anything else on... but I remember this guy in MinnyFaintly, but I do. And he had very solid stats.
I remember watching Brandon play for the Bucks in the late 1990's. He was a really quiet guy who just got the job done. His shooting percentages were pretty inconsistant but he was a good point for the Bucks from what I remember. Too bad injuries killed him at the end.
