Marcus Camby. He has had a decent career but imagine if he had been healthier throughout, he could have been like a 5-6 time All-Star.

He got mad because Iguodala beat him out for the starting spot, and then pouted so much that Jim O'Brien, Billy King, etc. just had enough of it and he didn't play for the entire season.EDIT: I take that back, he was injured that first season in Philadelphia, but he was near 100% in training camp when he lost the starting job to 'Dre.

Right away penny Hardaway comes to mind. His first 3 seasons he was at around 20PPG/7APG/5RPG/2SPG, and shooting around 50%. He had T-O-N-S of explosiveness, and was a better passer than most swingmen are nowadays. He was basically the prototype new-age MJ, in which T-Mac, Pierce, Kobe, and others have followed.But, that was only for 3 seasons. Then the injuries came. 4th season he played only 59 games, averaging a bit less than usual. Next season playing only 16 games, stats dropping even more. Then 3 more seasons of not playing more than 60 games (one of the seasons played only 4 games), then he played 80 again. But by then he just wasn't the same, and next season dropped back down to 58 games. Then he had a 76 game season, but was a FAR cry from the superstar he once was.Next season only 37 games, then this past season only 4 games.Such a potentially great career down the tube due to injuries that haulted him before his prime.

As for Zo, he wasn't injured during the season, but did have a kidney transplant. That's inspirational, yet he's not a starting Center anymore. He's off the bench these days.

Also, I'll add Dejuan Wagner to the list. He seemed to be a bright, up-and-coming player. He also had an operation like Zo did, except Zo kept going. Dejuan was dropped. That makes me sad.Oh yeah, Billy Cunningham! He retired at the age of 32. He severly broke his knee.
Good call with Wagner.Just think of what Grant Hill could have done had he been healthy. Hill was the most versitale player in the league when he wore ugly green in Motown. Great at everything he did, just didn't have much of a supporting cast outside of Jerry Stackhouse and Lindsey Hunter.
