Marbury: LINKHe was talking about Hurricane Katrina, He just lost it he couldn't control his emotions at all..Make sure you watch it until Marbury sits down or you will miss the major breakdown.Fast forward to the 3 minute mark.Garnett:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ef-f7EeDpYIFast forward to the 4 minute mark, He is crying over the frustration of losing. I know this should be in the media section, But I feel it's worth some General NBA discussion.Watching both of these videos made me have much more respect for both Marbury and Garnett. I felt so bad for KG. He will do anything to win.

Balla, I've seen both of these vids, and the KG one made a lasting impression on me. What I don't remember, it that it was probably shown during Inside the NBA, but I can't remember how the crew reacted after seeing this, Jet, Ernie and Chuck?

Heh, I only watched the KG one, and that made an impression on me. The guy is driven to succeed. Sometimes if I lose a big match, I might cry, but it won't affect me nearly as much as it seems it did to KG.

If KG hates to lose then he should've left Minny. He didn't. It's his fault.

Oh he will leave for sure by 07-08 if T-Wolves dont make it to the playoffs this year. That Garnett video almost made me cry. Well at least I felt bad for him.Starbury shouldve stayed with KG then they wouldve contended for a title.

I think part of him not leaving is because he refuses to lose as well as give up on his team and start winning.

Well he needs help quick. Mike James shouldnt be the one supplying the most help. Randy Foye has to develop quickly for KG to stay in Minny IMO.

maybe he'll just have to start winning in green. :shifty2:I did gain a little respect for KG there. I knew he cared about winning alot already. I have even more respect for him in trying to stick it out rather than take the first train out of Minnesota.

KG said he hates to lose. If he did he would've left minny or demanded a trade. He didn't and so I feel no sympathy for him nor have I gained respect for him. It's his fault his in that predicament because he decided to stay.

I can honestly say that I gained a little more respect for Stephon Marbury from this video and the fact that he made his shoe only $15 for the poor kids that want sneakers. He seems like a cocky player on the court, and he can be selfish, and he has made some idiotic statemtents in the media in this past year. But, the guy has a heart. You can't just fake it, and break down like that. Marbury has a real heart. It shows in his work ethic and his emotions/feelings from this video.I wish Marbury would create for others more on the court, because I want to like him, but part of me just won't let me like him as a player. I mean he has the talent to put up 20 and 9, and he's done that, but I wish he would do it with less selfishness. The man has a heart, and he has passion for the game, but he needs to learn to play with his teammates. And I will confidently say this - he would have turned out to be a much better team player if he stayed in Minnesota and was mentored by KG.

I like KG, and I feel bad he has had a losing career....but it's the National Basketball Association, the pro's. Most people don't even get to the league and put such an incredible amount of work into getting to that point. KG has had chance to leave Minny, had a ton of chances to lead a team with homecourt advanatage out of 1st round and he couldn't.As I said, I like KG, but he could have prevented what happenned to his career.

I'm one of the few people that likes him. He was good on the Suns, distributed the ball well and was a great mentor for Barbosa.
