my expectations for the heat this year are at least get to the east conf finals and maybe get to the finals, I hope they repeat but it may be to much to ask for.
I think we can repeat. Yes, Shaq, Zo, Payton etc are a another year older, but we'll also have another year of championship experience under our belt with a team that hasn't made any changes, and Wade is only getting better. And I still don't see anyone on our level yet in the East. The only teams I'm fairly concerned about are in the west, but we don't have to worry about that til the finals, where we'll take it one game at a time just like last year. So basically minimum for us, in my mind, is taking the conference.
I think they expect to make the NBA Finals again atleast. They have a great offense with lots of depth and stars like Wade and Shaq on that team. They have alot of veteran help too, and seemed to gel together furing the end of the year.I think if they dont make the Finals atleast, it will be a bit of a dissapointment to them.
I don't expect the Heat to repeat. Shaq, Zo and GP are getting a bit too old. I have a feeling all three will call it quits after next season. If I was GP, I would have retired over this past off-season just because he can retire with the ring at his side. He'll still have it when he does officially call it quits, but it won't feel the same, you know? He won't be able to say, "Yeah, I won this ring in my last season, dawg!"
I don't see the heat winning the finals again.I see them going to the playoffs and getting taken out 2nd round IMO.

To tell ya the truth, I think the cavs r MAJOR contenders for the ECF and FINALS....im looking at and ECF final Heat and CavsI dont think LBJ has been any hungrier
probally will make it to the conference finals but they've been sucking lately but they going to step it up later in the season & they need jason williams back, I dont think they will make it to the nba finals
