Tex's contract is one of the worst in the sport. He is basically a league average 1B with the bat due to his stubborn approach he doesn't seem to think needs adjusting. There it is again, responsibility to the contract. AppArently Tex is just fine with his decline. not acceptable. And if you think signing cano to an 8-9-10 year deal is a good idea in any capacity I guess it will be impossible for you to understand any of this so it's useless continuing the conversation.
