The Canadian Football League announced today that it has fined the following players:

Winnipeg Blue Bomber offensive lineman Glenn January for performing a chop block on Toronto Argonaut Khalif Mitchell during last Friday night's game.

Winnipeg Blue Bomber defensive back Teague Sherman for blocking an opponent below the waist on a kickoff return during last Friday night's game against the Argonauts. Sherman was also penalized on the play.

BC Lions receiver Emmanuel Arceneaux for using a prop during a touchdown celebration during last Saturday night's game against the Edmonton Eskimos. CFL rules state that players cannot use props, including field markers or foreign objects, during touchdown celebrations.

As per league policy, the amounts of the fines are not disclosed.
