No, you shouldn't. The difference is, I believe you're being sly, cynical, and/or facetious in this thread. The Scripture thread is as serious as they come...and I was extremely clear with you on that. That said, if you feel my CC flick in this thread should be removed, I'm glad to do it. No hard feelings.

No, you were kind of all over the place on that. You were never really clear why you got so upset after an almost full month had gone by since I had posted anything in that thread. But as I made it clear then as I will again I will make it clear to you that I will never post in that thread again out of respect for your beliefs and our friendship. That's as clear as it's going to get.
This was the last PM I had sent to you. I was clear enough: Again, it had nothing to do with you actually posting in the Scriptures thread. Rather, pointing to it in a mimicking manner. You know, kind of what you've done again in this thread.
Again, that meme was poking fun at you and how you want to post anything you want in any thread but want the Scripture Thread treated differently. Since no one went to the Scripture thread and tried to get your goat I would say that no one else took it that way either. And since you even posted that very same meme in your Scripture thread I would again say that you originally agreed with me and took it as intended. I just thought it was funny that just a few weeks ago about the seriousness of and how you want religious threads treated but decided to treat this "religious" thread differently.
John, I specifically asked at the outset of that thread, as a matter of respect, that it be kept as a means of encouragement and shared scripture. We already know that there are countless "debate" threads on religion, Jesus, atheism, etc., etc., etc. I joke around as much (or more) as anyone in this forum. You know that as well as I do. I can take ribbings, as well (A2M comes to mind.) That said, if someone specifically asks me to respect something that is important to them, I listen, and take heed.....immediately. When I saw your meme, I simply asked you, in the future, to please respect that thread. It was that important to me. In fact, it was the reason I texted you....as a friend. I certainly didn't expect you to refer to it again in this thread....but there you went again and jokingly intimated merging this thread into that one. Joking aside, in light of our past conversations, it was kind of disrespectful.....I mean, on a friendship level.

That's not what happened at all. I posted the meme poking fun at you. You posted a different meme in response poking fun at me. Then you posted the very same meme I posted in a different thread in the Scripture thread. The next day then you texted me saying you had a problem with the meme. Which I then removed including the version of it you posted in the Scripture thread. You are the only one who took that meme as being disrespectful to your Scripture thread but I'm not even sure if you really did since you joked with me back about it and then posted that very same meme in the Scripture Thread. You joked, I joked. And again, I have not posted anything in the Scripture thread since June. If I had posted the Satanic Scripture in your Scripture thread would have been disrespectful. Joking that the Satanic Scripture is equal to Christian Scripture is just that, a joke.
