Both options were under the NBA's rookie scale, with Wright's for a fourth year and Simien's for a third. Wright is entering his third season. The Heat's first-round pick two years ago has appeared in 23 games in his career, averaging 2.8 points and 1.4 rebounds. In two career starts, he averaged 19.5 points and seven rebounds. Simien, the 29th overall pick in 2005, appeared in 43 games in his rookie season, averaging 3.4 points.Copyright 2006 by The Associated Press</div>Link
wayne simeon was freaking good in kansas. I would liek to see him play more.. they can fford to yield him some time to gain more experience
I think Miami did a smart move by doing this. Simien and Wright both have the potential to be pretty good players but they just need to be given more playing time.

He's still very raw, even coming into his third year in the NBA, but he's shown spurts of greatness. You can definitely see the potential. His build is practically identical to T-Mac, but still like I said very raw and has a few things he needs a lot of work on, especially his jumper. I'm anxious to see when he'll finally crack the rotation though.
wow he sounds very talented. I do hope to see him and simeon get more minutes. Simeon is so good in ncaa basketball 2005 on xbox
