    doesn't even have to be transgenders. looks like if I were there, I could dominate at girl's basketball...and then shower in the girls locker room afterwards. Its a "win-win" (except for the girls)

    At what point does one become a "transgender" with respect to laws like this? Can guys just say they want to be a female and then get to participate in any female-only activities they desire?

    sadly, most of the California Public high school students are probably too stupid to figure out the potential sexy loopholes in this.

    I see it differently . . . many teenage boy spending every waking minute figuring out how to get some tail. If there is a loophole, a teenage boy full of testosterone will find out.

    From the article in the OP:

    He also noted that the state’s largest school district, Los Angeles Unified, has had such a policy for nearly a decade and reported no problems. San Francisco schools also have had a policy similar to the new law, and numerous other districts signed on in support of the legislation.
