    A general attitude by the district. It's poorly run and it seems like more emphasis is made for Illegals and trangenders from getting their feelings hurt versus educating the youths.

    Oregon has a four year graduation rate of 68%, and where the national average of grads attending collage is 60%, Oregon is the fifth lowest in the nation at 40%...yeah baby, Oregon is the new alabama

    From my personal experience, transgendered people can be a man and dress like a man, but feel like they are a woman. These types aren't going to be wanting to use the women's bathrooms.

    There are those who take hormones to stop their beards from growing and grow boobs, and dress in women's clothes. These types are the ones who would use the women's restrooms.

    The BS is this:

    With 10 years of track record at a huge school district like the one in LA, you'd think they'd already know if guys would pretend.
