The Philadelphia 76ers have waived Justin Holiday. Holiday was called up from the D-League last season, in part because he is the brother of Jrue Holiday. Holiday figured to not be in the 76ers' plans after Jrue Holiday was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans. Holiday averaged 4.7 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.6 assists in nine games with the 76ers.
